If you’re a Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), or you’re responsible in any other way for helping businesses to set-up and thrive in your local area, then you’ll no doubt be working closely with a range of organisations and authorities that promote and support local business.

We have supported Hampshire County Council over many years with its economic development responsibilities and we have therefore worked not only with our regional Local Enterprise Partnership but also with other organisations that support local economic, planning and business activity more generally. Accordingly we can help you to provide support to your local business community by providing the governance and other legal advice that is required to underpin your business support initiatives. We can also advise in respect of debt or equity investments in particular businesses.
