Highways Litigation and Insured Claims

Our Highways Litigation and Insurance Team provides bespoke legal advice specifically, but not exclusively, in respect of defects on the highway. The Team can also provide advice on the related insurance issues. The Team has extensive experience of dealing with bulk and individual claims of any value and its streamlined processes, from initial notification through to final hearing and beyond, allow for quick decision-making and client reporting.

The main areas of work covered by the Team are: legal advice, claims handling and the conduct of litigation; claims for vehicle damage and personal injury compensation; handling claims caused by flooding and trees; arranging and procuring insurance and providing general insurance advice to clients; and obtaining court orders for the removal of trespassers from the highway.
