Booking with Hampshire Outdoor Centres is simple and fully supported.
The process typically follows these steps:

Stubbington Study Centre operates a distinct booking approach from other Hampshire Outdoor Centres. Bookings are managed through an annual booking window and allocation process. If you are interested in visiting Stubbington, you will be supported through this process, including key booking dates, allocation stages, and opportunities to engage with the centre ahead of your visit. It is possible to apply to visit outside of the booking window.

We recommend:

Bookings are managed through an enquiry‑led process rather than instant booking, allowing us to tailor your visit to your needs.
We publish much of our availability in advance to help you get an initial sense of what is on offer. However, the best way to plan your visit is always through a conversation with our team, as we can provide up-to-date information and help tailor availability and programmes to suit your specific needs.

Deposit and payment
When is the deposit payment due?
The deposit payment is due within 28 days of being raised and is non refundable. We will raise the deposit invoice upon receipt of the completed booking confirmation table.
What happens if I can't complete the deposit payment within the time frame?
The booking is not secure until the deposit payment has been made. If we don't receive the deposit payment within the requested time frame, the dates will be released for other schools and groups to book.
When do we need to confirm our final student numbers?
We will contact you four months before your arrival to request your final student numbers. You will then have 14 days to get back to us with any amendments. If we don't hear from you within the 14 days, we will confirm your student numbers based on the numbers that we hold, and raise your balance invoice.
When is the balance payment due?
The full booking balance is due 3 months prior to your arrival date. Stubbington operates a unique approach.
What happens if I can't complete the balance payment within the time frame?
If you don't complete the balance payment within the requested time frame we will cancel the booking.
