Please be advised that overnight work will be taking place soon at M27 Junctions 10 and 11.
Lane 1 of the motorway is currently closed eastbound and westbound as part of the existing traffic management arrangements, and these will remain closed throughout the upcoming work. During the overnight work, lanes 2 and 3 will also be closed eastbound and westbound with only lane 4 (nearest the central reservation) remaining open to traffic.
Each morning, lanes 2 and 3 will reopen and traffic will return to the current daytime arrangement, with Lane 1 remaining closed.

Overnight on 1 October and nightly from 5 October to 10 October 2026 (9pm to 6am the following morning) *.
- Westbound off-slip closure and westbound lane closures
- Permitted working hours: 9pm to 6am.
- M27 J10 westbound off-slip road closure heading (towards Whiteley and Southampton).

- Permitted working hours: 9pm to 6am.
- M27 J10 eastbound entry slip road closure heading towards (Fareham and Portsmouth).

* Contingency overnight closures may be required between 10 and 12 October 2026. Signed diversion routes will be in place if these are needed.
Overnight closure on 1 October
- M27 Junction 11 westbound on-slip closure.
- Permitted working hours: 9pm to 6am.
- The M27 Junction 11 westbound on-slip road will be closed for traffic joining the motorway towards Southampton.

Motorists are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and allow extra time. Some of the work planned is weather dependent and may need to be re-arranged at short notice in the event of adverse weather.
