No statement available?

In some cases, there will be no statement available. This may be because:

  • you started or left service after 31/03/2023
  • we have an outstanding query with your employer following the 2023 end of year return provided by them so we do not have enough information to produce a statement at present
  • we are processing your pension benefits and you will receive a letter shortly
  • we are processing your retirement benefits,
  • you have a deferred pension and are over your normal pension age (NPA).
