Member Portal registrations

How are we doing?

Our primary method of communicating with members is now electronic. Along with employers, we have been encouraging all members to use our Member Portal. New joiners are given details of how to register.

We email members to notify them when their annual benefit statements are available on the Portal so it's really important that members keep us up-to-date with any change to their email address.

The Member Portal provides lots more information including service history and details of any pensions transferred in. Members can use it to update their personal details, obtain estimates, complete forms such as the retirement declaration form and to send us secure messages.

We also post important letters on the Portal. Members are emailed to advise when these are available. They can then access them quickly and securely.

Pensioners can view their payslip or P60 on the Portal. This will become more important as from April 2022 we will not automatically post paper payslips.
