This decision tree will give an indication of whether you will receive an increase in your LGPS pension. It does not cover all circumstances.

Are you over 55?

Yes
No

If you receive a pension due to ill health, you may receive all or part of the increase before the age of 55.

If you are not receiving a pension due to ill health and are under the age of 55, you will not receive an annual increase until you are over the age of 55.
