Hampshire County Council is the pension provider for Westminster City Council Pension Fund (WCCPF). If you have any questions about your LGPS membership or benefit entitlements, or wish to make a complaint, please contact Hampshire Pension Services.
- Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure

If you are not satisfied with a scheme decision that affects you, you have the right to ask for it to be looked at again under the formal complaint procedure known as the Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP).
